About the farm from Rodrigo Sánchez:
"Las Veraneras, is the name of our most recent farm. Together with my wife, Claudia, we have called it this, because on our way we have been surrounded by the colors that characterize this plant, viewing them through each of our coffees.
This farm is located on the Peñas Blancas mountain ranges in the municipality of Acevedo and Pitalito, with a height of 1500 masl with its highest point it reaching 1750 masl. It is surrounded by more than 200 hectares of forest reserve, and 75 hectares suitable for our coffees. The farm is on the Quebrada Santa Bárbara, which is the tributary of two aqueducts paths joining it to the Timana river.
Here, we grow more than 20 different varietals including: Sudan Rume, Mocca, Caturra Purpura, Pacamara, Geisha, Bourbon and more. A personal and family dream ends and begins here. A place where I leave my greatest knowledge. A farm where every inch of land will have everything that these years have given me: experience, love, perseverance and the opportunity to have researched and sustained so many amazing coffees. This will be my biggest project."
