We get a lot of incredible coffees throughout the year, but there are some arrivals that are truly exceptional.  

In order to highlight the character of this coffee we are holding a special release event. For one afternoon only, we're serving a three-drink flight built to show what this coffee can do:

  • The Iced Pour-Over. A chilled, flash-brew Pour-Over served over ice. Designed to give you a refreshing, unadulterated experience of the character of this coffee. 
  • The Cortado. A single-shot espresso with microfoamed milk served in a 4-ounce vessel. Think: Apricots and Cream.
  • Cocktail-Style. (Zero-Proof):  Using the Sidama as an ingredient, we’ve created a cocktail-style beverage that showcases the taste profile of this coffee and feels like a vacation. This drink features a clarified coffee / milk punch with fresh apricot syrup and aromatics.

    Supply is limited and we expect to sell out — reserve your flight below! Bags of the Ethiopia Sidama will be available in-store for purchase.

Fruit-forward and complex, this Washed process Ethiopia Sidama tastes like summer in a cup. With a sweetness reminiscent of Apricots, the acidity of a pink grapefruit and a subtle lemongrass finish. Great for all brew methods, but especially shines as a pour-over or cold brew. 

 

We are a small business dedicated to roasting all coffee to order. Fullfilment times can vary from 3-5 business days, then shipping on top of that. We promise it will be worth the wait.
