We believe in great decaffeinated coffees, so you can rest assured that the Hub's decaf comes from the same great farms we source for your cup, like Finca Las Nubes. Sugar cane decaffeination, otherwise referred to as Natural Decaffeination, utilizes another abundant resource in Colombia, sugar cane, for creating the Ethyl Acetate necessary for extracting caffeine. This decaf is the finest we have had in years.
